1. The service
Skin Diary (the "Service") is a personal record-keeping tool that helps you store and compare your face photos and lifestyle notes over time. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or prescription, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
2. Acceptance and changes
These terms take effect when you complete sign-up. We will give you in-app notice at least 7 days before changes take effect (30 days for changes that disadvantage you). If you do not agree to the changes, you can stop using the service by deleting your account.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, OAuth session) secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and let the maker know.
4. Content ownership
You retain full copyright and ownership of the photos and notes you upload. The maker processes your content only as needed to provide the service (storage, display, image normalization) and does not use it for any other purpose.
5. Prohibited use
The following are not allowed.
- Uploading another person's photo or information without their consent - Uploading inappropriate content such as sexual or violent imagery - Abnormal access to the service (bots, exploiting vulnerabilities) - Selling or supplying the service's output to third parties as medical evidence
6. Availability and termination
Skin Diary is a beta service operated by a single maker. The service may pause or end without prior notice due to maintenance, technical issues, or operational reasons. If we sunset the service, we will give at least 30 days' notice so you can review or delete your records during that window.
7. Disclaimer
Skin Diary is solely a tool for storing and comparing your own records. Nothing visible in your photos or notes constitutes medical evidence. Decisions about your skin (visiting a clinic, choosing treatments or products) are your own responsibility, and the maker is not liable for outcomes.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. We will try to resolve disputes in good faith first; if that fails, the court of the user's domicile will be the first-instance court.
